Nilay Ayse Gunel

Nilay Ayse Gunel is a PhD student and research assistant in the Educational Psychology department at Baylor University. With a background in physics education and a master’s degree in gifted education. Her research centers on creativity in gifted education. She is particularly interested in understanding how potential is identified and how it develops into exceptional performance.
