Louisa Hilton, M.A.

Louisa Hilton currently serves as the Gifted and Talented Specialist at Dove Elementary in Grapevine, where she designs and implements differentiated curriculum and instructional strategies to support the unique needs of gifted learners. Louisa has extensive experience in gifted education, including co-directing GCISD’s DECATS Summer Camp, an enrichment program serving 120 gifted students. Louisa holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a Minor in Mathematics from Purdue University. Beyond the classroom, she leads professional development workshops, family engagement sessions, and program coordination efforts, all with a focus on fostering inclusive and stimulating learning environments for gifted students. In addition to her work with gifted children, Louisa is the director of the Cross Timbers Middle School Silver Dancers. She enjoys hiking, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family and two rescued greyhounds.
