Katey McIntosh

Katey McIntosh is a PhD student and research assistant in the Department of Educational Psychology. She holds a master’s degree in mathematics education from the University of Texas and has professional experience teaching math to students of all ages. Her research interests include rural thriving through equitable educational access, place-based curriculum, and K-16 educational pathways. Her goal is to inform educational policies and practices that broaden access to high-quality learning opportunities for underrepresented student populations.
