Elizabeth Molina Mancio is an experienced bilingual educator with a background in K–12 instruction, curriculum development, and career technical education. Elizabeth has attended Le Cordon Bleu, University of San Diego and San Jose State University.  Elizabeth has over nine years of classroom experience, specializing in science, math, language arts and culinary arts, and has worked in diverse educational settings supporting both general and special education students. She is passionate about student engagement, community partnerships, and creating inclusive, hands-on learning environments. Elizabeth is also passionate about learning and aspires for young minds to fall in love with learning.  She believes that her success is measured in seeing her student's success. Every student has a different way of learning, and she wants her students to have fun while they learn and achieve their educational goals. Elizabeth wants to profoundly impact the lives of her students and make a difference in their lives. She wants them to know that Ms. Mancio believes in them and they are more than capable. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
